I have been trying to get in contact for now the 3rd day to change the title on my policy, nobody seems to be getting back to me. Very very slow in responding.

Looking at the system, you have bought your InsuraWedding policy through MoneySuperMarket. However, we have also looked into our call system, we were unable to find any records of you calling us from the mobile number you have provided on your policy.

Looking at the system, you have bought your InsuraWedding policy from MoneySuperMarket. So, there might be a technical hiccup with their online system leading to a delay in sending your policy documents by post. However, our customer service team has arranged to have your policy documents to be posted to you, and you should receive them in the next few days.

Would you be able to confirm if you have received your documents via email? If not, then let us know and we will resend them to you as this will contain the policy wording which details everything you are covered by on the policy. It is worth noting that sometimes they can go into your spam or junk folder.
Looking at on the system, you have bought your InsuraWedding policy from MoneySuperMarket. As you feel that you were not provided with appropriate information to make a decision we will pass your feedback on to them. However, it is worth noting that Comparison sites, like MoneySuperMarket, do only provide limited information and if you require more information on an insurance product or are unsure of what you are buying you are usually better contacting the brand directly.
In terms of financial contributions from members of the family, in the policy wording the definition of You and Your details states that for the purposed of Section 1 Cancellation and rearrangement of the Wedding and/or Wedding Reception and Section 7 Financial failure of wedding service suppliers, it includes Relatives who have made a proven significant financial contribution; hence they do not need to be named on the policy. In the event of a claim, they will need to demonstrate this financial contribution in the form of a receipt or booking confirmation.
It is also worth noting that even though you had started paying deposits for your wedding, Important notice 7 of the InsuraWedding policy wording allows for the cover of deposits that have been paid prior to taking out the policy (providing there is no knowledge of circumstances that may give rise to a claim at the time of purchase), while we realise this does not help you now, we raise this for any future marrying couples who are in a similar situation who read this review.
