Insight Vacations Ulasan

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, and that their efforts were appreciated throughout the journey. We are sorry that the hotels did not meet your expectations. A location that was not as central as the brochure described, a last-minute change of accommodation and a room with an obstructed layout are clearly not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand why you feel the value for money fell short. We will share your comments with the Operations Department so that the selection of hotels, the accuracy of our descriptions and the handling of late changes can be thoroughly reviewed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed and candid review. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression, and that you found the tour well organised, with sufficient free time and worthwhile Optional Excursions. We are very sorry that the standard of two of your hotels fell so far short of what you should expect. Maintenance faults, a poor standard of cleanliness, unpleasant bedding, the discomfort of bed bugs, disappointing meals and disorganised breakfast service are not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely regret the distress this caused. We are grateful that you also recognised the quality of the other hotels on the itinerary. We will share your comments with the Operations Department as a matter of priority so that these properties can be thoroughly reviewed.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for such a warm and appreciative review. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director's organisation, thorough knowledge and leadership made such a positive impression, and that our Coach Driver was equally valued. We shall be sure to share your kind words with them both. It is also encouraging to hear that you found the itinerary excellent, and that the villages, the towns and the rolling hills of Tuscany left such a lasting impression. We appreciate your observation that the schedule was busy and that the steeper towns proved challenging for some guests, and we will bear it in mind when reviewing the information provided to travellers in advance. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your thoughtful and appreciative feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the itinerary well considered and that it offered such a rich combination of culture, history and remarkable landmarks, from the Sagrada Família and Montserrat to the beauty of San Sebastián and Biarritz. It is also encouraging to hear that you enjoyed the lively energy of Madrid. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your thoughtful and appreciative feedback. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director's knowledge and entertaining manner enriched your journey, and that the itinerary showcased the beauty of Poland so well. We appreciate your remark that the pace was busy, which we will bear in mind when reviewing future itineraries. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a generous and thoughtful review. We are pleased to learn that, having travelled with several companies, you found our service the best you have experienced, and that the amenities, scheduling and overall organisation met such a high standard. It is especially encouraging to hear that our Travel Director's enthusiasm and preparation helped the group to come together as friends rather than strangers, and that the smaller group size allowed you to enjoy the journey without feeling hurried from place to place. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the end of the trip. Travellers who had booked return flights via Athens would clearly have benefited from an air transfer from Crete, and we will share your comments with the Operations Department so that this can be considered in future planning. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the near future.

Thank you for your considered and helpful feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the trip a worthwhile adventure, and that our Travel Director and Coach Driver were so friendly and helpful throughout. We appreciate your advice that travellers should be in good physical condition, given the amount of walking involved, and your observation that frequent one-night stays meant repeated packing and unpacking. Comments of this kind help prospective guests to make informed choices, and we will share them with the Operations Department so that the pacing and the information provided in advance can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the flight arrangements made for your journey caused you such difficulty, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. We understand your preference for arranging your own flights and arriving a day early, and your comments will be shared with the Operations Department so that our air travel arrangements can be reviewed. We would also encourage you to contact our Reservations Team directly regarding the status of this tour, so that you may receive accurate and up-to-date information. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such a warm and appreciative review. We are pleased to learn that this first journey with us was so rewarding, and that our Travel Director succeeded in creating such a strong sense of community among a group of thirty-seven travellers. It is especially encouraging to hear that the coach and the majority of the hotels were comfortable, and that the variety of places offered a fitting introduction to Italy. We are sorry that one of the hotels did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your comment about Florence, where additional time would clearly have been welcome. We will share your observations with the Operations Department so that the accommodation and the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the near future.
