Thank you for your valued feedback as it helps us improve our overall service. We apologise that you did not receive your lamp shade within the stated time-frame. This was due to these items being out of stock nationwide and no other retailer has this item available. We go by guide dates that we are given from the supplier for new stock but we apologise for any inconvenience this delay has caused you.
