Hi Neil, we’re very sorry that you had a negative experience during one of our projects. I hope it was made clear that, even though you didn’t take part in the group that you would still receive the money promised to you? To give you some context, for some projects we are sometimes asked to recruit (and pay) more people than needed just to make sure that the group is full in the case of anyone being unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or work or transport issues etc etc. We recognise that it’s frustrating if you have travelled to a session though, even if you still receive the same incentive payment as those taking part in the full session so apologies for that.
