I was having problems with a competitor's website so I used Hotels.com's and got what I needed in less than 2-minutes. Next time, I'll go to Hotels.com first.

Need a little bit of flexability
I use hotels.com for personal and work. This past week I had to cancel my room (I got the flu), but still keep my co-workers. I was still charged for the room. Lame.
