App Is horrible
Make the app more user friendly. When I opened it the other night there were default dates on the Home Screen. I chose my booking dates and made my booking and the app chose the default dates.

We booked 2 rooms. Confirmation email said one room was booked. Talked to a computer for an hour. Will never use hotels.com again.
