Returning to a favourite hotel.
I knew what hotel I wanted to book so it was easy to do so on the Hotels.com website. The price was discounted so that was the clincher

The booking could not let me paste my ‘Blue Light’ voucher at the check out because the room is a reservation not a confirmed booking.

I never booked as the website kept crashing!
I didnt end up booking as everytime I went to enter payment the website crashed and now I am worried something has actually been booked!!

No luggage storage before check-in
I couldn't apply my bluelight discount code to get a discount and I received an email after booking from the hotel to say there was no bag storage facility before check-in time or after checking out
