Loved the bed and they were quick and very helpful over the phone in order to arrange delivery. It arrived when they said and the bed is very comfortable.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you found the duvet too warm. I am afraid we are unable to accept bedding back once used due to hygiene regions as explained on the telephone. It was not a question of we won't refund but were unable and we did not do a lighter weight duvet that we could have supplied.
