Hi, I can see that the reference number that you have received was your booking ID rather than your TUI reference which is why it did not bring up a booking on the app. I am unsure what sunseekers would be regarding this holiday however I will re send out your confirmation email now so that you can get your booking reference number and add the booking to your TUI app. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Yes, if you pop us a call on 0204 578 0977 or join the live chat on our website with the 6 digit reference that you have we will be able to provide you with your 8 digit TUI reference number! :) The email may take up to 24 hours to arrive with yourself.
