We do apologise on behalf of the airline for the delay. This is governed by EU Regulation 261 which, unfortunately, we are unable to pursue with the airline as the regulation restricts our participation. We will, of course, provide any documents needed for your claim.

Please email customerservices@holidaygems.co.uk. We have never had this request previously and are very surprised that the airline would even consider this.
