We have no record of a complaint received in our office and sincerely regret the incidents. We are sure that you appreciate this was beyond our control. The accommodation voucher gives 24 hour emergency telephone numbers specifically for instances of this nature and would ask if this facility was used in resort. Our suppliers are always more than willing to assist in such cases.

We have reviewed the complaint and are satisfied that we resolved the issue with feedback from our suppliers. The contributor was advised that we had no knowledge of the change of accommodation prior to departure and was a situation over which we had no control. We also note that no mention has been made the refunds made prior to departure.

Yes the refund was for the diffrence between half board and all inclusive nothing else not a jester of good will or any kind of compensation. Holiday Gems placed us in accomadation that we specifically asked not to be placed in. They fail to point out that they gave me 11 euros and not 66 euros for the transfers that i paid for this is after i was told i wold get the 66 euros I sent copy receipts. Because I could not contact the transfer company. They fail to point out that the dates on the original paper work was wrong by two days and we found the mistake not them. We booked two in breaks in January 2013 one Porugal in May one for Bratislava October. When we came in May this year I was going to cancell the October break but when told how much I would lose could not afford to cancell it. We are very nervous about our October break. I AM SO PLESED THAT HOLIDAY GEMS HAVE AN OUT COME THAY ARE HAPPY WITH.

We are somewhat confused by these comments as, according to the recordings on your booking, our after sales team assisted you in rebooking your flight back to the UK and offering advice on claiming for costs on your return.
