Thank you for your comments. However, we can see no in resort issue or post departure complaint, which we would have expected under the circumstances. Emergency numbers are supplied on your voucher for such situations. Please note that we act only as the agent and are unable to bring comments such as this to the attention of our suppliers if a formal complaint is not received.

The only thing you forgot to tell the public is that you wrote description of 'accommodation' in such a vague terms (Room compromise of room, double bed, or two single beds...etc). That simply mean that you would reject complaint about dirty walls, shower without curtain (water all over bathroom, wardrobes falling apart, dirty (inside) of kitchen elements etc. as "Not in the contract". So, stop deceiving public - you are offering substandard accommodation and you know it.
I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole any more. Bye.

All documents etc came through very quickly, It was my wife's first booking (she is 70) and assumed she did not need to ask certain questions ie baggage allowence etc. No problem looking forward to the holiday.
