We sincerely apologise for any confusion. To clarify you should have received a booking confirmation which is a summary of the whole package booked, together with an ATOL receipt. Final travel documents required for your journey will include a flight plan, an accommodation voucher and a transfer voucher which we believe were sent on 01 February. These will show the actual supplier's name as we act as agents for the suppliers.

WE sincerely apologise for any misunderstanding regarding the lead passenger and the card holder. This is not always the same and we regret any inconvenience in this regard. Many of our suppliers require payment immediately and balance payments are generally expected 14 weeks prior to departure. We note that a slight extension was applied for the balance and apologise that this appears not to have been clarified.

There wasn't a misunderstanding. I gave my name very clearly as lead and gave my card details; the agent inexplicably added the 3rd passenger's name as lead. I was disappointed that I had to contact you 4 times to have this amended, and that documentation was sent out twice with incorrect holiday durations. Surely getting simple things like names, addresses and how long customers are travelling for shouldn't be difficult for you. Your staff need to learn to take care and ensure accuracy. I accept your apology re the matter of deposit and extension, this details are very important and do need to be clarified when booking.
