Thanks for your feedback. We are reviewing delivery services at the moment as we appreciate this can be a point of frustration for our customers when parcels are left in inappropriate places. We will be moving away from courier delivery to a trackable Royal Mail service with the ability to provide delivery instructions if you won't be home to receive your order. We anticipate these improved delivery options will be available within the next month or so.
