Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at the Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana.AsSecrets is an adults-only property,I can understand your disappointment over the presence of children from the sister resort who are able to use this hotel's facilities, and I do hope that this wasn't too disrupting. I have forwarded your comments on to our product department so as they can review the information we provide. I was also sorry to hear that there were some communication issues with the staff, and this matter too has been passed on to our product team for their further consideration. Unfortunately, at the time when you expressed your wishes to cancel your holiday, there were no restrictionson travel to theisland of Vilamendhoo, and normal terms and conditions would have applied had you decided to cancel. We can understand thatyou would have been reluctant to travel at present; however, as the situation is changing constantly, we are only able to act based on the currentadvice of the FCO.
