Delivery was a little slow, but as they explained January was a busy month due to excess orders. The wait was worth it. Quality products. Will use again.

Thank you for your feedback.
According to our records you purchased your cultures in Early December.
Our records show you contacted us many months later because you were having an issue with your Kombucha not your kefir.
You stated that you had mould in all 3 brews. Whilst mould can occur in brews its very rare after several months of brewing it would be highly unusual for all 3 brews to go mouldy at the same time. This would usually point to it being environmental, especially bearing in mind the passage of time.
You were not happy with this explanation and made this very clear to our staff member who tried to help.
I know that you do not agree but when a brew developes mould several months after being started and having done many brews, the problem is either how it is being brewed or the environment it is being brewed in.
I am sorry that you feel the member of staff was rude while he was explaining this, we did not see any evidence of this, just that he did not agree with you.

According to our records the fault you had was with your kombucha not the kefir. You had issues with mould that had occurred several months and many brews after you started the culture, we advised that this was either due to how the kombucha was being brewed or environmental. I accept that you do not agree with this. We could find no evidence of the staff member being rude, it simply seemed that he did not agree with you.

According to our records you contacted us several months after purchase to state that all three of your brews had developed mould. Mould that developes that long after the first brew is caused either by incorrect brewing, incorrect ingredients or incorrect environment.
We do appreciate that you do not agree with us. We found no evidence that the staff member was rude, it seemed to be simply that he did not agree with you.
