Service was okay, but between item being refunded and delayed delivery in which the things were not kept chilled the experience was disappointing.

Vegan cheese packed with a wool blanket
Delivery was quick and packaged well. I was disappointed that they had used a wool blanket as insulation to help keep the cheese cool. Wouldn't buy again for this reason.

We made sure that no animals were harmed in obtaining this material. We acquired it from another vegan company, and after recycling it, we use it for our orders. Hi can I suggest that you update the packaging the 'wool' it is contained in to make it clear it is not animal wool? I inspected it closely and saw nothing to indicate it was not from an animal.
