the staff was amazing. the food was ok. No entertainment. The cruise was suppose to be 3 hrs but it ended in 2 hrs.

All'andata tutto ok, per il ritorno abbiamo dovuto chiamare perché in ritardo di oltre mezz'ora...quando è arrivata l'auto abbiamo saputo dall'autista che l'avevano mandato in un altro albergo!!

Amazing Safari!!
Safari was more than we expected. Guide (Aslam 0555626903) was excellent. We really enjoyed the dune bashing, the camel ride, the show and the meal. Thanks.

Not a tour, more a shuttle bus.
Tour was ok. The "local guide" gave no insight or information into the tour apart from pick up locations and times. Didn't even give us the WiFi Password. We missed the guided tour at the Mosque as...

All day Souk visit
Mr Khaled was professional and helpful. We were traveling with 2 octogenarians and he was thoughtful and ensured we were able to travel comfortably. A good driver who knew the city well.

Very bad experience, log time to wait for the pick up then wait for the bus to move on 45 min. There is no tour guide. we wait for 2 hours out side the Grant mosque for the tour guide to show up.
