We have checked current stock and can confirm that the 3xl Multi pocket Gillet measures 58" Chest 56" Waist, when measured flat across zipped up garment. This should give more than ample room for 50/52" chest that we suggest on our site. If your garment falls short of this spec then it is just possible that this particular item has been mis-sized in the Factory.. Either way if it is too small, by all means return it for a refund or Exchange PS on further checking we realize that you in fact ordered a 7xl NOT 3xl, this garment should measure 72/4" across the Chest, 68/70" across the Waist when measured flat. We have not been contacted by our customer ref this fault. While we accept that this in fact our Budget range of Shorts, we feel that obviously being faulty in not acceptable either to ourselves or our customers. Please return this item for Exchange or Full Refund. We will reimburse any return shipping cost. We have sold numerous pairs of both this Short and the Jogger version with no apparent problems.
