ordered 3 x 4xl shorts. Received 2 x 4xl and 1 x 3xl very poor service. Couln't be bothered with hassle in returning wrong size.

We are very sorry that you received one incorrect item in your latest order. We do take a lot of care in processing all orders, but unfortunately on this occasion we appear to have missed a problem. We are also very sorry that you did not bother to contact us reference the error to give us the chance to correct things. Please return the offending item and a replacement will be sent out by return Post Free of course, and in line with our normal procedure your return postage expense will also be refunded.
