Apologies ref vat receipt. As we are not a Business to Business company we do not send Vat receipts as a norm'. We have now produced one for you, and it is in the post today. As for the Shirt, we tried to contact you prior to dispatching your order to offer alternative, but got no reply. We felt it better to send the very nearest item to the one ordered, rather than send nothing. As explained on your invoice if you are not entirely happy with the alternative shirt we are more than happy for you to return it for a full refund including your return postage cost. Mike Reynolds
