The service and comunication is excellent but the website could use a better customer login system for egsample a forgotten password futility and a change of billing address area is needed.

Very sorry to hear about the fault with the Storm Coat Pocket. Very unusual to have problem with this range. Please return the Coat for Exchange. We will obviously refund your postage costs. If you need to use the Coat over the Christmas holiday before returning it please feel free to do so. As for the Password retrieval, we agree that this is frustrating, and are hoping the our software people can get this added soon. Mike Reynolds
