Sorry to hear that your parcel has not yet arrived. We received your order PM last Friday 27th January, and it was shipped by Courier the same afternoon. On checking the tracking we find that your parcel is being held in DPD Depot in Vantaa, Finland, and has been rescheduled for delivery asp. Tracking details have been sent by separate Email so you can check with DPD at your end. Mike Reynolds

Confirmed by our Courier, your parcel is on the van for delivery today. I believe roads conditions have been particulary bad due to Snow and Ice, so presumably this was the reason for slight delay on this occasion. Please keep us informed. Mike Mike Reynolds
