Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your order arrived quickly and on time. To ensure all our lighting is waterproof and weatherproof it has to be air tight; therefore the glass unit is one fixing which has to be removed when changing the light bulb. Luckily we have very few complaints about fitting the lights, however they all come with instruction and we also recommend that you use an electrician.

Your order was placed on a standard delivery service which can take 5-7 working days. Your order was delivered within 5 days, please accept my apologies if you were told different. Our records show that a SMS notification was sent at 8.30am, however it may be that we have the incorrect number for you. Once again I apologies for any inconvenience caused.
