I believe the issues and concerns you have highlighted are in relation to the shipment that was containing your pre paid card. All pre paid cards we accept for our customers are immediately placed in review from customers account. You would have then been notified by us via email that the package was on hold due to the contents being a pre paid card
For the process of shipping pre paid cards we require a copy of ID to verify that the name stated on pre paid cards matches your account name/ details. This approval process, for pre paid cards has been deployed to ensure additional security and protection for both our customers and our service and to ensure we are permitted to international ship the brand of pre paid card.
We are also required to apply an additional processing charge, for shipping pre paid cards, of £10.00 per pre paid card that we receive for shipping.

We would not advise our customers to use their forward2me address for receiving financial products such as pre paid cards, we concentrate on parcel forwarding and we do not feel it is cost effective for customers to ship single items such as pre paid cards internationally because our courier rates for shipping prices are calculated based on packages not letters or mail items.
