Hi Alda, Many thanks for your feedback, We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied. All courier transit times stated on our website can only be seen as an estimate due to transit times being subject to any unavoidable transit or connection delays with the couriers or local customs clearance. However I have looked at the tracking link for your shipment with the TNT Economy service and I can clearly see your package was delayed in the network for 2 weeks and appeared to be continuously moving back and forth in the network unnecessarily. I cannot see that any of the delays were linked to customs clearance delays which is usually the main reasons for shipments taking longer to move onto delivery in the network especially if there is a backlog for the couriers at destination. We apologize for any frustration and inconveninece this long delay with your shipment has caused you. I have immediately submitted a query to TNT, in relation to the continuous delays for your shipment, to try to determine the cause and to also evaluate if it is possible for us to raise a claim with the courier for the 2 week delay, as the original shipper, and try to source some compensation for you. I will be back in touch with you via direct email to reiterate what has been discussed with you in from this review, to request some images of your items and how these were received to you in the box and to also update you on the status of the query I have open with TNT in relation to your shipment as soon as I have received a response from the courier.
