Flowers direct are very easy to deal with I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and they were just like the picture showed they arrived on time and my daughter was delighted .

Didn't receive an email to tell me flowers had been delivered and when I saw them the following I was a bit disappointed in their appearance. Definitely lacked the wow factor.
