I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your order. Having looked at the details, it seems that your order was marked as delivered by the florist, on the date of delivery, and so I am unsure as to why delivery was delayed. I can confirm that your delivery charge was refunded, and I sincerely apologise for any upset caused.

I am sorry to learn of the non arrival of your order. It seems that you originally duplicated your own details for delivery, and so we contacted you to ask for the correct details. We then updated your order, and it was allocated to a local florist who accept your order on April 13th for delivery on April 15th. It has been marked as delivered, and we have recevied no further correspondace with regards to the non arrival of this order. I am sorry to hear that the courier left another item with the recipient. Unfortunately we do not have control over the delivery drivers, as they are a 3rd party, and so can only apologise for the service recevied from them. I am sorry to learn of the non-arrival of your original gift. Please be assured that all items are dispatched good time for delivery on requested dates. However, the item ordered is from our Postal range, and with the Royal Mail we cannot track delivery details, and so with the thousands of orders we send out to them a week, we sometimes encounter late or failed deliveries. We do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on requested dates. I can confirm that the replacement was arranged for the soonest date possible, and we can only apologise if there were further delays. I am glad that the bouquet arrived safe and sound.
Easy to use website. Worry about size of bouquet etc when you have the option of 3 sizes. Would like to see pictures of the sizes side by side to see how small the ones for the price that are...
