Unfortunately the chair isnt a good fit for my daughter and I've requested a case reference number to return it but i have received one.

Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the delay in your return, however if i can just explain our returns process, hopefully that will help explain. I have to ensure that the Splashy you wish to return is in a re-sellable state, once I have confirmed that, I am able to request shipping labels and have them sent out. Now that I have requested these, as soon as I receive them, I will have them sent to you as soon as possible.
