We have received your Feefo feedback, and thank you for providing that, it is valuable information that we value greatly. I have sent you an email with Shipping Labels for the return of your damaged retro fit kit. I just called you so we could discuss the issue you had with your push pole and I have left you a message. Having spoken with our Design and Quality departments, they feel that this is a one-off issue, and something that is unlikely to happen again, this is the first time we have heard of anything like this happening. The new retrofit kit you received should cause you no further issues, however if you are still not satisfied, I can arrange for the return of both retro fit kits and a credit to you? I hope this helps towards resolving the issues you have encountered, and if I can be of any further assistance, please let me know.
