Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments following the order you placed. I can see that we have been in contact via an email thread since 22nd September. I understand that the order had been addressed wrongly when you ordered and that this order had been returned to our depot for Royal Mail to send back out to you. The tracking shows that the item was sent back out to you on 2nd October for delivery today 4th October. I am glad that we were able to resolve this with you.
