Delivery was quite speedy, but when the electrician came to install the ceiling fans one box (of two) did not contain any hardware (nuts/bolts/washers) to attach the blades to the motor hub. Thus the...

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review and we are so sorry to hear about the missing items needed to complete installation of your fan. We would usually be able to resolve this issue for you by sourcing the missing parts from the manufacturer. If the body of the fan is installed then your in-home warranty means the manufacturer will send out an electrician to complete installation of the blades without any additional costs needing to be covered by you. If you would like more information on this process feel free to contact our customer service team by sending through an email to sales@fansonline.com.au. Again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Nicholas, as previously explained each kit comes with exactly what is mentioned in the product listing. We are unable to provide screws or rivets because there are a number of ways in which the flashing can be attached. This is a personal preference and what is needed will vary based on each individual application. Therefore, it is impossible to provide for every eventuality. We are sorry that you have misunderstood what is included in the kit.
Fast delivery, easy transaction. Would recommend to other buyers and willl be purchasing more ceiling fans from this site.

Hi Graeme, we appreciate you taking the time to submit a review and despite your dissatisfaction with the product are glad you were happy with other aspects of our service. All specifications for our products are provided by the manufacturer and we list them on our website accordingly. The noise you are describing does not sound typical for the fans purchased as we have not had any complaints from previous purchases about the noise level being unsuitable for domestic use. Therefore, we suggest you get in touch with Mercator as they will be able to determine if there is potentially a fault and respond accordingly.
