It is everyones right to make whatever comments they wish as long as they are truthful, honest and genuine, unfortunately some customers do not follow this protocol. There is nothing antagonistic about our customer service department we just give the GENUINE FACTS nothing more, nothing less and then let the customer decide.
The facts are
We are always very sorry customers feel the way you do if their purchase does not go as they expect however we would just like to make the following points. Your order was placed with us at @ 18.18 on Friday 21st April. We close for the weekend @ 18.00 on a Friday and the business does not re-open unilt 9am on a Monday morning- IT ALSO CLEARLY STATES AGAINST THE ITEM YOU BOUGHT THE FOLLOWING - This item is only available for 5-7 Working Day delivery (working days being Monday to Friday ) The goods were despatched on Tuesday 25th April when they were received from the sub warehouse and delivered on Friday 28th April hence the delivery time you mention is not correct and very unjustified based on the fact you did not read the information which was published clearly on the website. We were well within the time frame that we set ourselves when selling this item which prooves the indifferent feedback you have left is unfounded and incorrect. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please feel free to send the goods back unworn and we will be very happy to give a full refund. We just wish customers would be honest and give the correct details and full story.
