On behalf of the business please accept our sincere apologies for this. We rely on our suppliers to check the goods at point of manufacture to make sure a pair of the right sized shoes are put in the shoe box and we do check a further 50% or so again before they leave our premises. Unfortunately due to the high volume of shoes we ship not every single pair is re- checked otherwise the business would come to a standstill and the Express Delivery service we offer customers would be slowed down. A free return has been given due to the error made and all refunds are issued within 24 hours of the goods being received back with us. Errors are very rare occurences in the business and we alwyas attempt to put these right swiftly if a transaction goes wrong.
