Susan. Your order was placed on the 23rd December. That was at least your second visit to our site, since you revisited via an email sent directly to you in relation to a previously unfinished order. After clicking through from this email you then completed the order, including a very specific personalised message as follows "Happy Christmas , I really hope you will enjoy this . You could be the next Alex Deborgorski" had the package sent special delivery and then signed for the delivery at the delivery address (which is also the billing address). You then called our office and said you made a mistake with this order rather than failing to recall placing it. Does any of that help jog your memory? Experience Days

I would like to apologise fir giving Experience Days a bad service. I now do remember placing this order but, I thought I cancelled order before finishing because I found an alternative gift. I remember having 3 screens up at the same time and I must of gone to the screen with E P Days in error. Wasn't looking properly. I do hope on this occasion , I still want a full refund , not sure if post and packaging will be included in the refund price?

JOhn, all experience days vouchers are exchangeable and can be used towards anything else on the site. We also offer open vouchers, however it seems you opted for a specific experience instead. We would be happy to swap for an open voucher if you prefer. XD
