Not flawless
After authorising the pre payment the booking failed and I had already authorised my credit card. I had to start over from the beginning.

Advertised price is nowhere to be found!
The price on the website differs when you click on it to see what rooms are available and the price you advertise is not there at all! Trying to email you to question this is a problem.

Relatively easy to use.

A good website
It was easy to find a good hotel and the reviews were very helpful. I found the billing information more difficult than it needed to be though.

Painless and easy to use
