Charged me for a reservation that I canceled
I cancelled my reservations and know have a charge on my debit card. I will never use you again. Shortly after I made reservations I canceled through you, And obviously was not done. I’m furious!!!!!

I booked this hotel using Expedia. I have a hotel.com account and apparently an Expedia one that I was not aware of. I've been unable to merge the two. Customer service was no help/
