Great money saver - easy to use
Car rental rates were less expensive than booking with agency directly. Car was clean and new. Agents were friendly and helpful.

Be more specific with reservations. I thought I had a good deal for my flight learning later that I was only on standby. Nothing that I recall seeing paying for my roundtrip stated I was on standby.
