Joining the car club was an fabulous experience and the customer service was brilliant and couldn't fault any part of hiring the vehicle for originally 2 days and then extended it to 3 via the app.

Refunds take extremely long, hardly any of the cards have fuel cards. Was unable to get through to customer services was stuck outside the car
