Need to change that rule

Not being able to book your seat is a big downside - you want to book the better seats and you need to wait until 30 days prior to departure - feels rubbish especially if you promote as luxury

Hi there, thanks for leaving feedback and I am sorry to see that you have since cancelled. Due to the way we buy our seats from the airline, your flight reference may not be generated until 30 days before departure. However, we can request the team look into this for you if you are flying within 6 months. This isn't guaranteed due to a variety of different reasons, but we'll always do our best.

Already booked again for next year.

Everything that was promised was provided. Flights were on time. Transfers were prompt and quick. Hotel was as described. We were so happy with the service that we have already booked for next year....
