Thank you for completing the survey. As a booking agent Drive South Africa must adhere to the Terms & Conditions of their relevant suppliers. Should a renter wish to extend their rental, all necessary arrangements must be made before the end date and time printed on the car rental voucher is reached. We need to obtain authorisation from the supplier that the rental can be extended and that the vehicle is not earmarked for a future rental.
Failure to do so results in breach of contract and Drive South Africa is no longer able to extend the rental. A higher daily rental rate is charged by the relevant car rental supplier since they need to move vehicles at great cost on short notice to ensure other renters are not affected.
