Staff at kilmarnock store very unhelpful because I purchased order online.
I had to return twice to get the flooring.Not a nice experience !!!

Hi, at the time of your first arrival, our showroom and internet office was closed meaning we were not able to process the order at that time. We aim to process click and collects as soon as we can but out-with office hours they cannot be processed.When the order has been processed you would have received an email stating either the order was now ready to collect or that the branch did not have sufficient stock and any arrivals before this email means that the branch have not received your order yet.

Hi, Thanks for the review.We use a third-party courier which is why we have a delivery cost on there however we are happy to hear you got things worked out!
