Great flooring but out of 14 packs 2 of them couldn't be used because of the damage, customer service sent out another pack and it was damaged too!

Hi Kevin,We have to rely on couriers for our deliveries, when customers would rather this than collect. Damages are something we do have to face but are claimed against the couriers. Any damages will be replaced, as long as we were contacted and receive photos of the involved packs.
I hope you do love your flooring as it is stunning down, and thank you for the feedback.
Having used the click & collect option I found it hassle free and I was loaded up and away in no time. Would recommend click & collect if you know what you are looking for đź‘Ť
