Well you looked into it, and responded by saying there is nothing you can do. The price of our holiday was x amount, then at point of payment you said that price no longer available & gave us a new price of x plus £130. We reluctantly paid that. Now a week later the original price is advertised again - for less than our original quote at x minus £85. Do you really expect customers to believe that there is a cheaper price a few hours before a booking, then again a few days later, and that the timing was just ‘unlucky’. I’m sorry but you lead customers on with headline prices, and then can’t deliver them. Poor form, and disingenuous way of conducting business.

We regret to hear this especially since you ticked to accept the terms and conditions of the website and how it operates. The price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted, you are informed of the next supplier price.The prices offered on our website will fluctuate due to supply and demand which we cannot control and if suppliers chose to promote a limited number at a lower price, once they are gone, we can only give the next price.

I highly suspect the majority of these 5* ratings are not from genuine customers - shortly after genuine 1* and 2* ratings, an abnormal number of amazing reviews appear. Those 5* reviews do not reflect this company accurately.

Luke it breaches the sites guidelines to post reviews that are not genuine. Periodically, we remind our customers to do so and this will result in an influx of reviews of any rating at certain times.You are entitled to your opinion but we refute that our higher rated reviews are not worthy.

Fab local company
Very easy booking process and we even got a room upgrade at the W Abu Dhabi to a room with track view. Excellent when Charles Leclerc was testing Schumachers 2002 f1 car.

We apologise for any delay, this can often be because we dont book direct with the hotel and have to contact a third party for the information so rely on their timescales which can be longer than hoped. However, we should have managed your expectation better if you feel a response was due sooner and will highlight this to the team dealing.
