As others have said, customer service is shocking. Once a package is booked there us no way to speak with anyone who is willing to help. Calls are not returned and emails are not answered.

This review is not accuratley reflecting your contact, you were advised to email our customer service team with your query and you chose to phone a different team here who rightly could not assist you. That is why you were asked to email to a team who could address it. When you did email Customer service, they replied to you inside their timescales as showing on their auto reply, and in fact around 24 hours on each occasion with full clarity on the situation. We are sorry you will probably not be appreciative of the frank content of our reply here, non the less it is accurate.

Good web materials. Fairly easy to book. However the whole process needs some firm of human contact? Perhaps a quick call from an agent to a customer once booking is confirmed?
