Mr Ismail, there was no incorrect information sent to the hotel. You requested very early check-in which was passed on but this is only a request and never guaranteed since the hotel can only oblige if there is availability. We are pleased that they did so for one room.

The issue was not regarding early check in it was that only one room had been allocated to the booking code they had at hotel this issue took a full day to resolve did not happen like your agent explained before check-in time. The hotel took a substantial amount over £2k holding deposit to give the room prior to you guys sending over the correct information. Embarrassing experience at a 5 star hotel .

Mr Law we are sorry to hear you feel this way. When checking for a duplicated seat held, the airline will not require our reference. Only your name to check through which other agency you have had a quote where they are holding the reservation also. Of course, if you have the other agency reference, this will be relevant. If you have contacted our customer service team, they will respond within the timescales advised in their auto reply and we appreciate your patience.
