Generally fine though could have had a little more communication for reassurance of order. Material is nice but not the easiest to work with as frayed badly and very difficult to line up patterns....

Dear Susan, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you are not completely happy with your order. You will have received an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, saying that your fabric order will be delivered within 5 working days unless told otherwise. I have looked into your order and can see it was delivered 3 days after you placed your order. Unfortunately you did not order a sample from us which we always encourage. The Audette Pewter fabric you ordered is 200gsm, so not particularly heavy and ideal for most domestic situations except heavy upholstery. We are always more than happy to speak to customers if they have any questions prior to placing their order. Kind regards Curtains Made Simple
