We certainly share your disappointment in your parcel being returned to us by the carrier on this occasion, which was due to an incomplete address being provided when placing the order. Sadly, due to this, it has meant that a replacement order - something we were very happy to provide you with, having it sent via our fastest Express service - was required. This necessarily meant a delay, sadly, before you could receive (and we hope enjoy) your items. That replacement order is due this week, and we trust it will arrive both swiftly and safely. Of course, it's bitterly disappointing whenever we see the quality of our shirts being questioned, as offering a top-quality product is absolutely at the heart of our brand. We're sorry that you feel the shirts you purchased on this occasion are not to the same quality as those purchased previously. No matter the thickness of the shirts - which is determined by the weave - the quality of the cotton used us always the best it can possibly be. On previous orders, you chose the Twill weave (a mid-weight). However on this order, you opted for the Poplin - which is the lightest weave we offer. It's still made from great-quality cotton of course, but the lighter and thinner nature of the weave may not be to your liking if you are used to something a little thicker. By all means, you are welcome to return these shirts to us and request the same Twill weave you have purchased in the past.
