Some non-financial advice given. However, Batik Air cannot assist and are not familiar with the terms we were given top use/request.
Most important is to contact the Oz Embassy which we were unaware...

Always take out travel insurance!

Staff were understanding of our situation when we had to reschedule flights due to illness. Communication via Emails after I lodged was positive. Reimbursement was prompt.

No problems with our claim
I have insured with Covermore before and have required a claim due to an accident invoving our rental car. The claim was dealt with quickly and professionally and we were happy with the outcome.
