The wardrobe I ordered was delivered 2 weeks later than the specified time. It took 2 phone calls to get them to actually deliver what I ordered and when it came it was wrong

Hit or miss, depends who you get serving you, been in there quite a lot and the Chap who sold us the sofa was nice to us until we placed the order, then afterwards he was quite ignorant towards us....

Staff in store were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said of the delivery team. The table arrived wobbly and the problems started after we asked them to sort it out...

We are sorry that there was a delay in contacting you when your mattress came into stock, please accept our assurances that this is not the norm.
Unfortunately, as you live so far from the stores we would not have been able to deliver your furniture using our own vans and would have needed to send it with an external courier company who, unfortunately, only collect from us once a week.
We are sorry that you had the inconvenience of having to collect your order and the subsequent delay in the refund of your delivery charge.
